R -v -MF – Bolton Crown Court. Operation Fragment. Represented MF in a multi hander, involving twelve defendants, Conspiracy of an organised crime group to supply Class A drugs namely cocaine and Heroin, through a county lines drug operation between Stockport, Wigan and Blackpool. Some of those gang members also became involved in the trafficking of vulnerable youths to work for them within this drug dealing gang.  Adam Law Solicitors instructed a modern slavery expert who concluded MH was a victim of modern slavery. VERDICT – NOT GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES
